Cait Little
Cait is the daughter of Richard and Joan. From root to tip, Cait's hair was 65 centimetres long. The caring eight year old was in a department store and commented on a little girl with no hair. Her mother gave her a brief explanation and explained how people can donate their hair. Cait immediately said she wanted to do this and didn't give up until her mother had the 'cut' arranged.
Last month she had her hair cut up to her shoulders for the Little Princess Trust. The trust turns real hair into wigs and supplies them free of charge to children who have lost their hair through cancer treatment and other illnesses. It costs the trust £350 to make one wig and Cait has raised £500 to date through her Just Giving page online.
